SESSION POLICIES

All sessions are intended to support personal and spiritual growth. Those participating within the session must be 18 years or older.

Information provided during sessions should not be used as a substitute for medical advice.  Always consult a medical practitioner. Any use of information provided within the session is at the client’s discretion and risk. Julia Morrison Smith can not be held responsible for any loss, claim or damage arising out of the use, or misuse, of the suggestions made, the failure to take medical advice or for any material suggested on third party websites.

You are responsible for the time and date of your session. Please note the booking system will offer you Julia's availability based upon your selected time zone. All sessions will take place on Skype or facebook messenger and therefore it is important to acquaint yourself with this application if you are unfamiliar.

You are not permitted to record or video your online session with Julia  due to the nature of her work and the energy connected.  

If you are late for the session Julia will do her best to honor your time but sadly cannot go over the time allocated for your session due to her schedule.

If you feel the session is not working for you or is not what you expected, you have every right to call it to an end. I invite you to know this within the first 15-20mins of the session and a full refund will be offered. If you do not say anything at the time Julia Morrison Smith cannot offer a refund at a later time.

Julia Morrison Smith will follow a strict cancellation policy. For sessions cancelled with 72 hours in advance of the session a full refund will be given. For cancellations within 48 hours an alternative time will be offered.  

EVENT POLICIES

Julia Morrison Smith events are intended for an adult audience. All audience members must be 18 years or older. People ages under 18 are welcomed but must be accompanied by an adult. 

Julia Morrison Smith will offer a full refund for all cancellations of 14 days or more. Cancellations received within less that 14 days cannot be refunded.

LIGHT SHIELD MEMBERSHIP / SUBSCRIPTION POLICIES

You are free to cancel your monthly subscription and any time if you decide that the Light Shield membership isn't for you. Cancelling the renewal prevents your payment method from being charged again when your monthly subscription ends. The light shield will then be removed from your auric field at the end of the paid month.
